Who should come?

You should come along if:
  • You are an adult (18+) Navigating the unique experiences of ADHD and/or Autism
  • You have a diagnosis or are self-diagnosed
  • You use verbal communication all or most of the time
  • You want to connect and learn from peers who truly understand your experience
  • You want to gain tools and strategies to enhance your daily living
  • You want to explore topics tailored to you in a supportive atmosphere.

How much does it cost?

This is a pilot project as part of the Space to Grow programme.
This group is being offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
Each session must be booked individually.
Real session costs per person are £35. The partnership with St Werburghs City Farm means I have committed to paying the lowest room hire rate, with an agreement that if more session payments are received, then more will be paid for the room.

I am currently facilitating this group on a voluntary basis to provide this much-needed space. I will take any money left over once the room hire and expenses have been covered.
I have also chosen to absorb the event bright fees for these sessions so as not to add on an extra payment for people. I urge you to please pay what you are able so that I can continue to run more of these in the future.
If you are no longer able to make a session, please cancel your space as soon as you know, so that it can be made available for someone else, as spaces are limited. Thank you.
