Ready to feel good in your body?This is your invitation to join me on Monday evenings in St Catharines for a 4 class series of Somatic Movements.
Taught in the tradition of Hanna Somatics, these gentle and intentional movements work with your nervous system to create ease of movement, reduce tension and held stress, and assist in developing a more conscious awareness of our patterns, both on the mat and off.
Moving beyond the physical body, somatic practices are incorporated that encourage a shift into your parasympathetic system, assisting with a balancing of the emotional body and better breathing.

**If you are coming in person, please know that the class will be offered in person and online simultaneously and therefore you may be on screen, you somatic superstar!**
Prefer to send etransfer? No problem! Fees can be sent to: [email protected]. I will add you to the class on my end and send you a waiver to fill out.
You will need a mat and 2 small hand towels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring hydration.
Somatic movement and exercise classes use a series of gentle movements that help to:
• reduce pain
• improve posture
• foster balance in the nervous system
• improve fluidity of movement
• harmonize the mind + body connection
• and allow you to feel more energetic
It’s not magic , it’s science.
If you have a body, these classes are for you!
I have taught these movements to new moms, bodybuilders, office workers, truck drivers, construction workers, athletes, etc.

I am an RMT and a RSME. I have completed multiple teacher trainings in Somatic Movement + Exercises, including Clinical training, as well as Somatic Practitioner trainings. I have been teaching movement classes for 15+ years and it truly is my pleasure to offer these classes.
