If you’ve been craving a deeper connection to yourself—and a gentle, grounded introduction to the traditional roots of Reiki—this course is for you. Reiki Level I: Shoden is where we begin.
You'll learn to work with your own energy, connect to the core teachings of the system of Reiki, and build a lasting foundation for self-healing.

* The history and Japanese roots of Reiki
* Energy awareness and building presence
At Unleash Your Inner Peace, we stay close to the traditional Japanese teachings, honouring the origins of Reiki as a spiritual and energetic practice—not just a technique.

* The Four Shoden "attunements"
* Certification upon full attendance
