Radiant Care Spiritual Care Workshop

This year, our guest speaker is Michelle O'Rourke RN, MA. Michelle has extensive experience and a deep understanding of spirituality and care. As well as a sought after speaker, Michelle has authored three books on Caregiving and serves with the Henri Nouwen Legacy Trust and the Canadian Palliative Care Nusing Association.

Michelle's focus will be on caring for yourself when you care for others. Accompanying those who are suffering, dying and grieving can be physically, emotionally and spiritually exhausting. This workshop will help caregivers to reflect not only on their challenges, but also on how caregiving can nourish them, exploring ways to keep themselves healthy in body, mind and spirit. Sharing the wisdom of beloved spiritual writer Henri Nouwen and others, Michelle will lead us through stories, reflections, and discussions. Join us to be renewed and inspired!
