IN PERSON Fermentation Workshop: Kimchi & Kefir

The true secret of fermentation is that it's really simple to do at home and really lends itself to zero waste. With a few techniques and a couple of new habits, you could be gaining all the benefits, at a fraction of the cost you'd pay for ready made products on the shelves. Fancy learning how? You will;

• Make your own delicious kimchi to bring home. Pick up lots of tips for creating your own flavour explosions.
• Learn how to use milk kefir grains and what to do with all the kefir you produce. Taste some samples.
• Leave with a goodie bag including your very own jar of kimchi, milk kefir grains as well as a full recipe pack.
