In Person Family Constellation - All Parts are Welcome

I, like many others, have been drawn to parts work.

I hear myself often mention my parts. Like: part of me wants to, but another part says no.

What resonates the most with me is the notion that all parts of me are important and wise and are expressing themselves and have information for me.

And yet, I feel how I regularly reject or react negatively to the parts that are full of fear, anxiety, shame, not good enough - oh the list goes on.

Join me as we explore our parts and learn to listen to them and hopefully learn to appreciate and accept them.

There will be opportunities to do individual explorations and maybe one or two individual constellations.

We will trust what unfolds during out time together.

What are Family Constellations?

A Family Constellation is a therapeutic approach designed to help reveal the hidden dynamics in a system. This alternative approach supports viewing the challenge from a different perspective utilizing representations for the different people or elements involved in the issue.

The work can be done one on one or in groups through group work. In a group other participants represent people or parts of the client’s system to help them gain insight into their challenge that they are experiencing today.

What gets revealed can be connected to the beliefs that their family may have held onto for generations in order to survive . . . connected to a family’s rules around belonging . . . connected to a family’s trauma history and identity.

There are also other significant events or people in our lives that have shaped who we are and how we feel about our experiences and emotions.
