Join physiotherapist Suzy Shutt, founder of The M Word Physio, for an open, supportive conversation on recovery, wellbeing, and navigating life after birth.

Our conversation will explore the physical and emotional support new mothers need, with practical advice and reassurance.

We’ll also introduce our complimentary Lingerie and Personal Styling services at John Lewis Norwich to help you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself again.

Joining an in-store event

Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to the meeting place, The Style Studio, Floor 1. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone.
