Spanish Supper Club

Few can throw a dinner party like the Spaniards.

Long tables, endless dishes, wine flowing, laughter spilling into the night: every meal feels like a celebration.

This Supper Club brings that spirit to our Music Room: chandeliers instead of sunshine, but the food will transport you straight to Andalucía.

We’ll begin as any good Spanish evening does: with nibbles, chilled gazpacho, and bread rubbed with ripe tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Then the feast begins - sizzling chorizo, spiced albondigas, slow-braised chicken stew, sunshine-bright paella loaded with seafood or vegetables, golden tortilla, patatas bravas, smoky roasted vegetables and salads bursting with colour.

And because no Spanish table ends without something sweet, desserts include Seville orange and almond cake, molten chocolate tart, and roasted peaches drizzled with lavender honey.

Plus, of course, churros with coffee…because there’s always room for churros.

Every month, we create a line-up of fabulous food served on communal tables in our gorgeous Music Room where you share a feast and a good time while we bring out dish after dish of food. Mains:

Albondigas; juicy spiced meatballs in rich tomato sauce (Va, GF, PBa)

Chicken, Chorizo and White Bean Stew; smoky paprika, tender chicken, hearty beans, slow-simmered (GF, DF)

Seafood Paella; saffron rice brimming with mussels, prawns and calamari (GF, DF)

Vegetable Paella; saffron rice with peppers, tomatoes and broccoli (V, PB)

Spinach Tortilla; Spain’s most beloved golden omelette (V, GF, DF)

Patatas Bravas con Queso; crispy fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and cheese (GF, PBa)

Pisto; roasted Spanish vegetables with garlic and olive oil (PB, GF)

Tomato, Black Olive and Cucumber Salad; cool and refreshing (PB, GF)

Desserts:
