Welcome to another twilight outing of our popular (inland edition) of Fetch's Wellness Walkies-Mousehold Mutts!
Having a dog forces you to get outside, which starts a long chain of positive effects for your overall wellbeing. Physical activity releases endorphins in the brain that energises you and creates positive feelings. It will reduce stress, boost mood, and increase mental energy. Additionally, walking with other dog owners can be a healthy distraction from the stresses of a hectic lifestyle.
Following on from the HUGE success of our previous 2025 award winning walks, joining our FREE walking group will lead to conversations with other dog owners and help you stay socially connected to others. Our wellness walks have been widely praised and were highly commended at the Broadland Business Awards 2023.
You don’t even have to own a dog to join. The walk is completely FREE (and always will be!) and open to everyone to come and enjoy a chilled stroll as we return to Mousehold Heath which is a favourite of many dog walkers.
Meeting point is the Mousehold Zaks car park on Gurney Road. There is also a lay by on the other side of the road next to the football field for additional parking.
Meeting time is 6:30pm. What a great way to unwind for the evening in the woodland twilight sunshine (hopefully!).

NOTE: dogs must be of a friendly nature. Most of the dogs are off lead playing so this walk is not suitable for dogs of a reactive nature.
