Romans and Butterflies

A celebration of heritage and nature, join us at Caistor Roman Town for a day of fun and learning. Boudica will be on site to share her story of the Iceni Tribe and their rejection of Roman Rule, Tour Guides will share the story of the town, Dave from Butterfly Conservation will bring activity related to butterflies which thrive on our site, a handling collection will be available to explore the artefacts discovered on our site. There will be crafts for children and a grow a pot activity. To support our fundraising there will be a book stall and refreshments sold in the church. We have dress up for children to have thier photos taken and lots more.
