What If… Customer Data was just easier, where people lived wasn’t some complex textual representation but just easy for code techies and even real people to use. Rob Lee will talk through a solution staring us in the face to this hard problem.

They have worked across Financial Services data and technology for 30 years and joined the Civil Service in 2023 to sort out citizens data and make it easier to interact with Government (or that’s what they tell themselves). They have built major platforms which many of us interact with (depending on where you bank), built teams and solved data problems from a Customer, Business and IT perspectives. In spare time they run a community cafe and do the treasurer role at the local church - more data than you would think in both of those.
