Toastmasters provides a safe, supportive and relaxed environment to help you improve your public speaking and communication skills. It's one of the most effective programs to do this.

Each weekly Toastmasters meeting gives you opportunities to improve. You can

• give prepared speeches — 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 20 minutes
• take on meeting roles
• receive feedback — and give it too!
• practice impromptu speaking

You also join a supportive group of professionals who are public speakers.
