Implementation Committee Meeting

Join Vital Signs on April 1, 2025. This is an opportunity to collaborate with community organizations for leading action for addressing three health priorities that impact our communities health, they include: Behavioral Health, Injury & Violence Prevention, and Chronic Disease.

We will focus on community dialogue to understand existent efforts and where greatest impact and alignment can be made for advancing strategies for improving Behavioral Health.

The committee will engage in a thoughtful dialouge to discuss efforts and resources for building capacity to: Partner with institutions of higher learning, K-12 schools, and employers in SBC to develop a more equitable and responsive health workforce, including the behavioral health workforce.

• Engage in a community approach guided by the SBC Community Transformation Plan.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders with common goals and shared commitment for achieving community health improvement goals.
