Ages 7 and up

What to bring:
If you have your own equipment please bring 3 sectional staff or arnis/kali sticks. We will have some on hand. First come first served
Water/Towel
Please dress in comfortable workout clothes (shorts, sweats, t-shirt, etc.)
NO VIDEO ALLOWED
ONLY SEMINAR PARTICIPANTS, NO AUDIENCE
