Impact Communication: Talk About Your Experience w Confidence and Clarity
About this Event
Job searching can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to talking about skills, experiences, and strengths with confidence.
This interactive workshop, led by Kathleen Ober, will help attendees identify transferable skills, reflect on personal and professional experiences, and practice communicating about themselves more clearly in interviews, networking conversations, and other career-related settings. Through guided discussion and reflection exercises, attendees will build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and learn practical strategies for talking about their experiences and strengths throughout the job search process.
Kathleen Ober is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, education, and professional development, including coaching individuals, facilitating learning experiences, and leading initiatives focused on communication, growth, and career readiness. She is also an Adjunct Professor at LIM College, where she delivers and facilitates career development curriculum across all undergraduate levels, from first-year Internship Prep through Senior Co-op.
