Join us for a deeply relaxing, immersive nature inspired sound bath journey, designed for people whose nervous systems just need a moment.

Come as you are, wear something comfy and cosy, lie back, and let a flowing journey of sound move through you. Moments of stillness, moments of movement, textures that build and fade in the unique soundscape.

Lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound do the rest. Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Full Moon bowls, drums, soft percussion, sometimes rain, sometimes the ocean or a distant roll of thunder.

You don’t need any experience of this. There’s nothing to learn and nowhere to fail. Whether it’s your first sound bath or your fiftieth, you’re welcome here.

Each journey is shaped around the people in the space, the setting, and whatever that day needs. No two are ever quite the same, each one a vibrational fingerprint of the time we spend together, but each one a time to ground, rest and reset.
