Sound bath for 11-16 year olds | Saturday 14th November | Bellingdon, Chesham

Teens carry stress differently to adults. School, screens and social pressure build up, and there's rarely space to properly switch off from any of it.

Next Generation brings our sound journey to young people aged 11 to 16, alongside a parent or carer. Same immersive sound and vibration, same nothing-to-get-right approach, just an opportunity for younger people to experience a different kind of nervous system regulation, the same one many of their parents have already discovered and wanted to share.

This is a real sound journey, so it works best when everyone in the room settles into it together. We ask young guests to bring the same calm, quiet presence as our adult guests, so the whole room can properly switch off.

Please note: this is not a supervised or drop-off session. Parents and carers take part in the sound bath themselves and are responsible for their children for the full duration.
