Immersion, Deep Dive with Soma Haus, Launch Event

We know a lot of you are already working hard to deepen your own selfcare routines. We understand how hard it is to decide what protocols to focus on, how to apply this knowledge and fit it into our busy professional & social lives.

We also understand that it's important to dip our toes before going into the deep end, so we couldn't be more excited to work with Soma Haus to launch Immersion Deep Dive. Join us at their beautiful location in Joo Chiat to try a range of activities in a fun and supportive environment, from cold plunges, lymphatic compression, to Heart Rate Variability (HRV) assessments and more, all for the typical cost of a single activity.

Enjoy refreshments by neighbourhood favourites, Common Man Coffee Roasters, with music provided throughout by DJs you’ll recognise from our other events.

The blood test is a health screening in partnership with The Clifford Clinic, which provides comprehensive biomarkers to help you establish a complete baseline and screen for health risks and common illnesses - Specialists will be available to answer your questions and take bookings, for the tests themselves which are an additional cost of $450.
