What is SRI?

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a guided breath and body awareness practice developed by Dr. Donny Epstein. It uses specific breathing rhythms, focused touch, and simple movements to help you connect with your body’s natural wisdom.

Through a series of 12 stages, SRI helps you notice where tension, emotion, or energy is stored in your system and teaches your nervous system new ways to release, integrate, and shift. It’s often described as a tool for becoming more present, breaking old patterns, and accessing greater ease and vitality.

What is Networkspinal?

Network Spinal (sometimes called NetworkSpinal care) is a gentle chiropractic approach that works directly with the nervous system. Instead of forceful adjustments, practitioners use light touches along the spine to help your body recognize and release stored tension.

These cues teach the nervous system new strategies for self-regulation, leading to greater ease, alignment, and adaptability. Many people experience more energy, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of connection in their daily lives.

• Do I need to be an existing IVY practice member? No. Immersion Day is open to everyone.
• What should I bring? Comfortable clothes, water bottle, and a journal if desired. All materials for vision boards are provided.
