If you have a passion for ice cream, sorbets, and various frozen confections, you will thoroughly enjoy this class. In class we will make various frozen treats. Some require an ice cream machine, but others don’t. You will also learn the magic of malt in custards and ice cream.

Food fee: $10 payable in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
