Many say this is America’s favorite dessert! In class you’ll learn how to make perfect cheesecake every time. There will samples to enjoy in class and plenty of recipes to take home including cheesecake from the Russian Tearoom, Frozen Mocha Cheesecake and even a reduced fat recipe.Bring take-home containers!
Food fee: $10 payable in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
Mentor Resident: $20 / Nonresident: $24
