Wines to be poured:
Lan Rueda Verdejo - Spain: aromas of apples, lemons, aniseed, and fennel seeds; crisp, bright taste and medium body; fresh, gentle herbal finish
Höpler Grüner Veltliner - Austria: aromas of pear, tangerine and lime; ripe citrus fruit on the palate
João Pires – Portugal (Moscatel Graúdo): aromas of orange blossom; fresh on the palate with a long finish
Domaine des Deux Roches Saint-Véran – Burgundy, France: aromas of honeysuckle and acacia; firm and round on the palate with light minerality; gentle citrus finish
