About this Event

ICB Connect: Settling the Body, Safeguarding the Heart

Join us for an inspiring talk by Dr. Hun Lye as he explores how the Buddha's teachings help us cultivate inner calm, emotional resilience, and lasting well-being.

What do we truly mean when we say "I"? Drawing on the Buddha's fundamental teachings, this session examines how body and mind shape our experience of self, and how misunderstanding their true nature gives rise to suffering. Dr. Hun Lye will also share practical Buddhist insights into calming the body, safeguarding the heart, and developing greater clarity, balance, and peace in everyday life.

Whether you are new to Buddhism or have an established practice, this session offers meaningful reflections and practical wisdom for living with greater awareness and compassion.
