🚨An extraordinary Icarian Workshop is coming to Hamburg on the 1st and 2nd of August!!🚨Alfonso Sabaidee and Leonie Klüber, two of the most talented and experienced icarian practitioners and teachers in Europe, are joining forces for a unique workshop packed with their favorite tricks, progressions and training methods.
This will be their only workshop in Germany, so don’t miss the opportunity to train with them.
Expect two intense and rewarding days of intermediate to advanced Icarian material (please check the prerequisites below). Every demo and progression will include different options and levels, allowing you to challenge yourself safely while expanding your practice.

📋𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 — What can you expect?
✦ Original Tricks & Creative Progressions: Leonie and Alfonso have developed a wide range of original tricks and innovative Icarian progressions. Get ready to discover fresh material and expand your practice.
✦ Linking Pops: One of the most exciting aspects of Icarian: connecting skills fluidly through timing, precision, focus and teamwork.
✦ Big Throws: Bases will learn how to generate power through the entire body to create dynamic throws and catches, while flyers will explore rotations in multiple directions. Expect adrenaline, excitement and a lot of fun.
✦ Icarian Foot Juggling: A highly technical and demanding discipline that develops leg strength, precision, endurance and coordination — especially for bases.
✦ Spotting Skills: Good spotting creates confidence and safety. You’ll learn proper spotting techniques that improve understanding of the skills while creating a secure environment for everyone involved.
✦ Physical Conditioning & Recovery: Specific conditioning drills and recovery practices tailored for Icarian training to help you progress sustainably and safely.
All of this will take place in a supportive, safe, and playful environment where technical detail, smart progressions, and good energy come together.
