Experience the transformative power of "I" at the "I"-Revolution Meditation Sangha (community) at SAGRADA in Oakland, CA! Delve into the depths of self-awareness and self-discovery through meditative sessions and engaging group discussions, activities, & movement.

Connect with like-minded individuals and embark on a journey of self-exploration and growth. No prior meditation experience necessary, just bring an open heart and mind to join this revolutionary meditation sangha!

At our peer-facilitated gatherings, we emphasize the revolutionary nature of self-love, self-compassion, and self-awareness.In our sacred community, everyone is a valued member—with no teacher or student structure —sharing stories, paths, and insights.
With a rotating schedule of facilitators, we tap into the collective wisdom and experiences of our diverse community.

Join us every Sunday from 6:15pm-7:30pm at Sagrada in Oakland for silent meditation, dharma-style talks or artful activities, and enriching community discussions.

All practices and forms of silent meditation are embraced.

Our typical afternoon format includes a brief introduction, followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation, a 15-20 minute facilitator-led talk or activity, and approximately 45 minutes of community discussion.

Please bring water and something comfortable to sit on, such as a yoga mat, pillow, or floor cushion. If you do not have one, we have some extras for you to use.

Our gatherings are donation based (dana), with a suggested donation of $5-$10 per attendee, but please give whatever you can and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Parking is free on Sundays, with street parking available along Telegraph Avenue and neighboring streets.

Please note that the venue is proudly ADA accessible. Individuals from all backgrounds, abilities, identities, traditions, faiths, householder, age, etc. are warmly welcome to join our inclusive community!
