Artist Sujata Tibrewala will start the session with a guided visual imagery excercise and help you come up with your own symbols and help you incorporate them into your Mandala. This workshop will not just be a project, it will be a tool that you can use anytime when you need a bost of creativity or simply relax and destress from your busy Silicon Valley Life.
