Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Gong Bath

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It employs a combination of pranayama (breathwork), kriyas, asana (posture), and meditation (breath and mantra) to support the mental, physical, and subtle bodies with vitality and health and experiencing their creative life force energy (Kundalini energy) and expanding their consciousness.   This practice is suitable for all levels of experience with yoga.  Each class has a different dynamic blend of kriya and meditation that will be employed to give the practitioner both a generous experience of physical movement and a deep meditative inquiry. This practice works on all levels - mental, physical and spiritual.  Experience a gong bath for rejuvenation and nervous system balance during savasana. All levels of experience are welcome!

Shirley Johnson aka Siri Pritam is a multi-hyphenate healer - herbalist, licensed psychotherapist,dating & intimach coach, sound healer ritualist and seasoned yoga teacher. She has taught yoga for 15 years and is certified in Vinyasa, Prenatal and Kundalini Yogas.
