I Love Failure has an address. Throughout the month of February, I Love Failure will take over the Beans & Dots (Cismigiu) and it will become the first place in the world where deep conversations with strangers become normal in informal settings—where individuals take the stage to share their failures openly.

Mester is a Romanian serial entrepreneur, community builder and business mentor with over 20 years of experience. Among his biggest achievements he CO-Founded and created from scratch VOXA the leading Romanian streaming platform for audiobooks & ebooks, valued at 7.5 Mil euro.
He is also the founder of I Love Failure, an events company with the mission of reducing fear of failure in the world

Ruxandra Luca is a remarkable woman, a mother of three children, a TV presenter and a talented digital content creator. With a successful career in the television industry, she is appreciated by the general public for her skills as a presenter and moderator.
🔸Radu Balaș, Motorbiker & content creator
Radu Balaș, but most people know him as (Motor)Bike, and that’s because of his project, which lasts for almost 10 years.
He is a content creator on different social media platforms, mainly focused on motorcycles and traveling around the world. As he says, “it’s one of the best combos you could get.”
While doing that, he fell in love with photography, videography, and sports. In the meantime, he also started racing, winning some victories and championships, which fueled his passion more than ever.

Mircea Căpătînă has been an entrepreneur all his professional life. Co-founder of SmartBill, Marketer, one of the lions in the Shark Tank.
Together with Radu and Ioana Hasan, he developed the most used invoicing and management software in Romania. Although he has a background as a programmer, Mircea excels in online marketing and business development.

Patricia is a young student and she has been singing for 11 years. She wants to become a university teacher and likes to think that music inspires and gives people hope.
Over the years she has been involved in many volunteer projects and charity shows. Other passions she has are acting and creative writing.
