About this Event
A research-informed, conversation-led event for women who want to move, train, and live in alignment with their changing bodies, not in spite of them.
Our bodies don’t stop evolving at a certain age, weight, or life milestone. Hormones shift. Energy fluctuates. Strength expresses itself differently over time. And yet, the expectation to push through or follow one-size-fits-all advice remains.
This event is an invitation for aspiring and established founders to slow down, understand what’s actually happening in the female body across life, and learn how exercise, nutrition, and sleep can support, not fight, those changes.
What We’ll Explore
Together, we’ll walk through the major phases of a woman’s life, with depth where it matters most and context where it’s helpful.
Teenage Years (briefly)
Foundations of movement, hormones, and early patterns that shape future health
Reproductive and Productive Years (main focus)
- Hormonal rhythms and cycle-aware training
- Musculoskeletal health and injury prevention
- Pelvic and sexual health
- Digestion, energy, and recovery
- Brain, cognition, mental health, and stress
- Circulation and overall performance, physically and mentally
Pregnancy (briefly)
Movement, reproductive health, conception, and preparing the body for labour
Menopause and Beyond (brief or main, depending on the group)
Strength, resilience, metabolic and hormonal shifts, and what actually helps
What Makes This Event Different
- Research-based education, applied in real life
- Open conversations grounded in lived experience, not perfection
- Personal insights from years of training, competing, and coaching women
- Embodied learning. After the discussion on post-reproductive years, we’ll move together
You’ll be guided through simple, effective movement, focusing on hinging and squatting mechanics, clear cues, common mistakes, and how to adapt safely across life stages.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing what works, now.
Takeaways
- A clearer understanding of how your body changes across life, and why that’s not a problem
- Practical insight into hormones, symptoms, and bodily responses at each stage
- How to take action through targeted exercise, proper nutrition, and sufficient sleep
- A reframing of strength. Your athletic capacity does not disappear with age, weight changes, or motherhood
Dare we say it, you don’t just cope. You can thrive.
