A Feldenkrais Weekend WorkshopGuide — Romina Balletti
This weekend workshop is an invitation to slow down and listen to the body.
Through gentle Awareness Through Movement lessons, we will explore how movement begins, how sensation guides action, and how unnecessary effort can soften. The work is oriented toward developing sensitivity, clarity and ease, as well as offering relief from habitual tension.
No previous experience is needed; only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

The Feldenkrais Method
The Feldenkrais Method was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904–1984), a physicist, engineer, and judo practitioner. It is a somatic educational system that uses movement and awareness to improve human functioning. Rather than focusing on stretching or strengthening, the method invites us to refine the way we move, sense, and organize ourselves, based on the natural learning capacity of the nervous system.
At its core, the method is not therapy in the conventional sense, but a process of learning through movement. By becoming aware of how we move, we can discover and transform habitual patterns that may cause strain, pain, or limitation, and instead cultivate efficiency, ease, and freedom.
Romina Balletti
Originally from Argentina and now based in Ljubljana, I am a dance and somatic educator. Together with my partner, I run a tango school, and since 2023 I have been training in the Feldenkrais Method. I currently offer group Feldenkrais classes in Ljubljana, sharing this practice as a way to move with more ease, awareness, and freedom.
