Learn the essentials of how birth works, and practical ways to stay calm and feel more in control of your birth experience.
This is a blended group course with a one-day workshop in person in Frome with 3 online follow-up sessions PLUS a one-to-one session.
As well as the info in the sessions, you get access to recordings of online sessions, plus audio recordings for you and your birth partner to use at home.
Led by Emilie, a doula, yoga and antenatal teacher with over 16 year experience working with birthing families. Emilie is also an advanced biomechanics for birth practitioner (the uk version of baby-spinning for optimal positioning) and former positive birth movement facilitator.
