Come and train to be a Community Connector
Community Connectors are members of the community who signpost and inform friends, family, colleagues and neighbours to the support that is available within the community, that might help improve their health and well-being. Often, people don’t know how to access support such as food banks, health walks, benefits calculators, dementia support, plus free one-to-one support. Community Connectors play a crucial role in bridging that gap.
Anyone is welcome to attend this free event. If you've done the training in the past but you'd like a refresher we'd love to see you there or come for a catch up at the In Touch cafe after the event.
