Birth is a life changing event that deserves some preparation and understanding. You will learn:
- how the body works during Labour to take fear away
-tools and techniques to help through labour and birth to work WITH your body
- the maternity system, what will be offered to you and how these choices affect your birth experiance
- birth prep! What to expect at all the different stages and how to create the perfect birth environment
All sessions prepare the partner on their role and how to support too. The course includes a booklet and a book.
Join me in the cosy studio at open space where refreshments and an inviting atmosphere is provided.
