Yogalates is the best of both worlds — blending yoga’s flexibility with Pilates’ core strength.
In this 6-week course, we’ll have fun using light 1.5kg hand weights (provided on a limited basis) and resistance bands to help you feel stronger, more stable, and a whole lot more flexible.
£40 for 6 classes or £8 per drop-in.
