Barbara is a nature lover and was gifted a set of crystal bowls after her husband passed away and began playing them herself. Pretty quickly she discovered the healing properties of those instruments and reached a point where she wanted to share that gift with others. Amy’s guided meditations draw beautiful imagery and are generally centered on the phases of the moon.
