About this Event
On the occasion of the national holiday on 23 October, the Liszt Institute in London presents a special theatre performance that helps to understand history and evaluate our own situation through an unusual perspective on the fates of six "everyday heroes."
In the story of Hungarian Heroes, five high school students, under the guidance of their teacher during an extraordinary history lesson, visit a special escape room called the 20th Century Arena. The play offers a genuine experience for young people in their own language and enriches their knowledge of 20th-century Hungarian history. However, it is not aimed solely at the younger generation; it also provides support for older audiences in processing the past.
The performance lasts approximately 90 minutes. The play is in Hungarian, with English surtitles.
