Day 1 (Friday)

4:00 β 6:00 PM | Waterfall Trek & Breathwork
Guided mindful walk through the lush village paths.
Light trek to the waterfall β connect with natureβs calming energy.
Silent time near the waterfall for breath awareness.
7: 00 PM | Bajan
8:00 PM | Sattvic Dinner
Nourishing meal with seasonal organic produce, prepared in alignment with Ayurvedic principles.
9:00 PM | Yoga Journaling & Reflection
Short guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra or breath awareness).
Journaling session: set intentions, reflect on your arrival, and begin your inner journey.
10 PM | Rest
Lights out for deep rest, preparing body and mind for the days ahead.
Day 2 (Saturday)

This amount will be adjusted against the total retreat cost.
Total Retreat Fee: βΉ7,000 per person (inclusive of stay, organic meals, yoga sessions & activities).
The balance amount will be collected directly by our team after registration.
