2.Sandbag Lunge Walk : 110M

3.Under-Net Crawl : 25M

4.Box Jumps : 35 Reps ( 50-65cm height )

5.Push Workout : 60M

6.Rope Climb : 10–16 feet 🪜

7.Wall Climb : 6 - 8 feet

8.Signature Finish : Wall Climb + Flag Grab – Conquer the final wall and grab the Idovent Flag to complete your victory.
