New to working with an archive? Looking to research local history as part of a heritage project, but not sure where to start? Want to ensure materials you collect meet archival standards? This session is for you!

About the workshop

This practical workshop will guide you through the essentials of using Medway Archives effectively—from understanding what an archive is and how you can use archival sources, to creating and submitting materials that meet archival standards.

Learn how to collate content, navigate rules and regulations, and ensure your contributions are preserved for future generations.
