This event will introduce simple principles around accessibility and engagement that can transform how your business is perceived by those with a disability and their connections. You will hear from our specialist team as well as those with lived experience about how simple changes can change peoples' perceptions of your business and accelerate your growth and talent development.

There will also be the option after the event to have a tour of Beacon Centre for the Blind and find out more about our 150th anniversary celebrations.

The event will:

• Provide guidance on how to make your business more accessible to customers and employees
• Raise your awareness of the disability and accessibility support available from Beacon and other organisations in the Black Country
• Provide accessibility tips and guidance to improve customer facing systems and literature and internal working practices.
• Raise your awareness of barriers to employment for those with disabilities
