This 2 hour HOT Yin class will consist of long held, deep stretches. The heat will help release tight muscles and allow the body to relax deeper into stretches.
In addition to increasing flexibility, stretching releases endorphins and creates a sense of wellbeing. So what better way to spend an afternoon...relaxing the mind and body. ✨😊
£24 per person, open to all including beginners.
