Join us for this very special Full Moon Gong Bath.
NOVEMBER FULL MOON: BEAVER MOON
🦫The full moon in November is the Beaver Moon as it is linked to the time that beavers start to take shelter in their lodges, after putting by sufficient food stores for the long winter ahead.
😴 The sound of the gong is so comprehensive, so dense and complete that it is unlike any other instrument you will ever encounter. It is an instrument of great power which can shut down the mind chatter, taking us automatically into meditation.
👂 When we listen to the sound of the gong it is an opportunity to vibrate the whole body and bring it back into a state of harmony, working on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. All you need to do is lay down and absorb the sound.
OPEN TO ALL. No experience required.
