🌌 What to Expect:
-Beginner to Intermediate Yoga Flow

-Specific body focus for each session (Hip Opening, Muscle Tension, Flexibility, Posture, etc.)
🌡️Studio is heated to starting at 85 degrees-Good Music

-People with GOOD vibes

**First Wednesday of EVERY month is a DEEP stretch and Soundbath Class ($25)
