You waive any claim/credit you may have against/for the instructor, his/her associates, or anyone you may assess as related to your experience with the class or course, for these benefits, miracles, inspiration, vitality, and success, AS WELL AS, injury or challenges that you may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

a. by three arbitrators, one appointed by each Party, and the third, who shall be the chairman, selected by the two appointed arbitrators.
b. the language of the arbitration shall be English; and
