In Glow Yoga we practice yoga under black lights creating a vibrant and immersive atmosphere. The studio will be heated, dimly lit, and we invite you to wear neon clothing or accessories that glow under the black light, enhancing the visual experience. This will be a Vinyasa style session combining traditional yoga poses with dynamic movements set to energizing music, offering a fun and creative way to deepen your practice. Let’s start our weekend out right!
