Join us for a spicy, feel-good fusion of mat Pilates and yoga set to the music of Megan Thee Stallionand other iconic women in music. Expect energizing movement, confidence-boosting playlists, and a welcoming space to move, sweat, laugh, and connect.

This special community class is also a water bottle drive supporting TLC Yoga and their work bringing yoga and wellness to people experiencing homelessness in Atlanta.
