WELCOMING SPRING!Rejoicing in longer days and the spark of life after the introspection we experienced in Winter. Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion in Spring, so does the energy within us.
In Spring, those aspects of us that have been dormant over the winter months begin to awaken. It is the time to plant the seeds for the future and make new plans. An opportunity to shed anything that no longer serves and to make a conscious choice to begin again.
We will honour Spring with a special Yin sequence targeting the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, associated with the Wood element. The Yin practice aims to balance and support the functioning of Liver and Gallbladder - to support the body’s natural digestive and detoxification functions, and honour this quintessential time of renewal and creation.
The session will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation and an opportunity to leg go of any more unwanted layers, leaving you feeling deeply restored and renewed.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
DATE: Friday 4th October 5.30-7.30pm (please note workshop was rescheduled from 28th September). Please arrive at least 5-10mins early for a prompt start at 5.30pm.
VENUE: Tara Yoga, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury
EXCHANGE: Earlybird $38 if book before 21st September. Full price $43 or $40 concession.

REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, props will be provided. Also bring a water bottle.
