Join international teacher and studio owner Ava Irani (Functional Spirituality & Spanda School) for a FREE Yin Yoga immersion for our Shala community.All are welcome! Experience a deeper and restorative yin yoga practice, and learn why it’s one of the easiest ways to deepen self-connection and healing.
Ava will be offering a 40hour Yin Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training at Shala in October / November 2024. There will be an optional Q&A and information session about this training post class.

YIN YOGA IS ONE OF THE SIMPLEST AND MOST EFFECTIVE WAYS TO EXPERIENCE RELAXATION, BALANCE AND INNER-PEACE.
This in turn helps to restore our lifestyles, relationships, emotions, body and mind.
The 40-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is delivered through both:
i) in-person studio sessions at Shala Yoga Bunbury, and
ii) online modules for you to complete in your own time.
This training is designed with optimal learning and integration in mind by Ava Irani who has delivered well over 2000 hours of teacher training.
