Honouring Grief & Loss
A support group tailored as you grieve the loss of a significant person. We provide a compassionate environment and supportive space where you can share your stories that offers you solace. The grief and loss group is alongside your journey of understanding and adapting to life after your loss.
Themes include:
● Understanding the many dimensions of grief
● Mindfulness and grounding through loss
● Emotional regulation and self-compassion
● Meaning-making and continuing bonds
