CLASSES & BENEFITS

Avesta Housing's hoMEworks Homebuyer Education Class provides an opportunity to learn about the homebuying process in a neutral environment. Your instructor will guide you through all 9 steps of the process in a safe and engaging environment, and you will leave with dozens of helpful resources. Buyers who have taken our homebuying classes are more confident when asking questions and making decisions about homeownership and loan products. This education also gives you the tools you need to avoid predatory lending and possible foreclosure.

If you are thinking of buying a home, plan to attend a hoMEworks class in person at one of several convenient locations statewide, or complete your homebuyer education online. We believe face-to-face homebuyer education is the best opportunity for an interactive learning experience, and attending a local class should always be your first choice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please pay online during class registration or pay the day of class with a check/money order paid in the order of Avesta Housing. No cash, please.

Couples must register separately. Veterans and current Avesta Residents may attend the class at no cost. (Simply select "pay by check" when completing your order.)
